Welcome to Briarcliff Middle School!
We hope you and your family will find the coming year a rewarding and memorable one.
The Middle School PTA acts as a bridge between home and school. We welcome parents to take advantage of the many opportunities available to volunteer, whatever your interest. If you would like to help, please let us know!
We encourage all families to join the PTA. PTA dues directly support our programming, affording us the opportunity to present rich and varied complements to the curriculum and enhance your child’s learning experience. They include, but are not limited to: author visits, field trips, assemblies, enrichment, spirit activities, and club support. Coming events include a visit by author James Howe (7th grade), a trip to the Jacob Burns Film Center (6th grade), and a Shakespeare workshop (8th grade), along with many other programs.
Communicating with parents is important to us – an email is sent every Friday to the middle school community with pertinent info, reminders about upcoming events, and spotlighting particular activities. The PTA also has an active fundraising arm that greatly contributes to its ability to offer these quality programs.
We are available for questions, comments or suggestions at the phone numbers or email addresses below.
We look forward to working together.
